WILD GARLIC PESTO

Pesto is delicious and this version was incorporated into a Fooby (click for the French version). Add pesto to your salmon as I did, have it with pasta, chicken, mix into salad dressings, on bread or even over vegetables. It is a great addition to any meal.

Ingredients

  • 20g of wild garlic or basil if you wish, rougly chopped 
  • Half a lemon squeezed 
  • 0.5dl of olive oil 
  • 50g parmesan 
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of pepper
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender or Nutribullet in my case and blitz away until all the ingredients are combined.
  2. Drizzle over your meal and enjoy!
